HEALTH

I am a person in a good condition of physical and mental fitness and that I have no sickness, injury, allergy to common plants and insects, or other health condition or phobia that can put me in risk of danger by me taking part in a physical activity such as hiking.

CHARGES

I understand that I will have to pay K279 to participate in this event if I am not a member and 40% less if I am one.

REFUND and CANCELLATION

I agree and understand that the participation fee for the event is non-refundable but the attendance slot once paid for is transferable to another suggested person for the same event.

INDEMITY

I fully understand that I am going hiking on my own free will and that I am responsible for my own actions during the hike. The 8th trail hiking club, its members and its executive, will therefore not be held liable for any eventuality resulting from the hike event, I also fully pledge to act responsibly and to be coorperative with hike guides and hike guidelines on safety and best hike practices during the hike.
